Premier Wheatley opened the first in a series of public engagements on constitutional reform, calling on residents to participate in a process he described as a social contract between the people and their government. He outlined the House of Assembly's review of all 57 CRC recommendations and confirmed that the negotiating team would be taking a united position to talks with the United Kingdom.
